Start-Up Mind–Physique Programme

Reset your routine. Rebuild your confidence.

This 12-week programme combines personal training with structured mindset coaching — perfect if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for a proper reset.

You’ll get a personalised fitness plan, weekly in-person or online mindset sessions, nutrition guidance, and full support from James along the way.

What’s included:

  • 1–2 personal training sessions per week

  • Weekly mindset coaching check-ins

  • Bespoke workout programme for home or gym

  • Nutrition advice and accountability

  • Flexible session times in a private setting

Group Coaching

Group sessions are a great way to stay motivated, have fun, and share the journey with others. You’ll still get expert coaching and mindset support, but in a small, friendly group format.

We keep group sizes low to maintain a personal feel — and we’re happy to offer women-only or men-only groups if that helps you feel more comfortable starting out.

1-to-1 Personal Training

All eyes on you — in a good way.

If group workouts aren’t your thing (and that’s perfectly okay), one-to-one training gives you tailored support, focused attention, and a flexible plan built around your goals.

Whether you're aiming to get stronger, lose weight, move more freely, or simply feel better, you’ll get expert coaching and steady encouragement — minus the pressure.

  • Not at all. Most of our clients are starting from scratch or getting back into fitness after a break. Everything is tailored to your current level — we’ll meet you where you are and build from there.

  • MHEC stands for Mental Health & Exercise Coaching. It means James is qualified to support both your physical training and your mindset — helping you overcome mental barriers like anxiety, low motivation or self-doubt as part of your fitness journey.

  • It’s an informal, no-pressure chat — a chance to meet James, see the space, and talk about your goals. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of your options, but there’s no obligation to sign up.

  • Absolutely. Our group coaching is designed to be welcoming and beginner-friendly. We keep the groups small so you still get support — and we’re happy to run single-sex groups if it helps you feel more comfortable.

  • Yes — all programmes include guidance on nutrition, and James is a certified Precision Nutrition coach. You’ll get realistic, practical advice tailored to your needs and goals.

  • At our private training space at Squab Hall Farm, just outside Leamington Spa. It’s calm, quiet and a world away from busy commercial gyms.

  • It depends on the programme and how often you'd like to train, but we always aim to keep things fair and flexible. The best way to find out what’s right for you (and your budget) is to book a free consultation — there’s no pressure, just a chance to chat through your goals and options.
